I juiced some blackberries two days ago, and I just don't have time to make jelly anytime soon. I don't want it to go to waste because that was all the blackberries that grow wild behind my house, and there aren't enough to make a second batch. I love wild blackberry jam, so can I freeze the juice and use it later? Will I have to thaw it completely to room temp before using? Thanks so much :)
