What do you think of Mayor Walker plotting to *trick* the Democrats to get his bill ped?

I show that he does not think he can win without resorting to such tactics and he is getting desperate because public opinion is turning against him. He has made enemies of the people who do not agree with him, and his supporters will not forgive him if he backs down.
