How do I get my video that I recorded on my blackjack ll on to my desktop.. i forgot. ?

I know I have to use my USB, and the thingy comes up.. but what do i do after? I forgot, I uploaded 2videos from my phone to my desktop -- but I forgot lol. HELP?
