GW Bush Jnr has stated that USA is winning the war?

We all know him to be a gutsy trooper but can George be right this time? I'm going to miss Bush when he leaves the Presidential seat - he has been an inspiration to capitalism since his inception. is the USA winning the war on terrorism - is it true the USA govt. is a terrorist organisation? Is the USA one of the 10 dragons described in Revelations of the Holy Bible and did God's hand smite the heart of the dragon during the attacks in USA... your retrospective thoughts please....?
