What is the most likely 2009-2010 W-L record for the Oakland Raiders?

In my opinion it really depends on who starts. If JaMarcus Russell starts then they go 1-15, because of the lack of experience. But if Jeff Garcia starts then i think they go 5-11, which for them is a BIG improvement. Jeff will help give wide receivers such as Darrius Heyward-Bey better advice on route-running, and bring some much needed experience to that offense.
