Judo/Tai Chi Practitioner vs Ninjutsu Practitioner?

Ok, so me and my just started taking martial arts and he claims a Ninjutsu master (he does ninjutsu) could easily defeat a Judo and Tai Chi mastern (i do those two martial arts). Who do you think would win?
