Why cant i access the mythic map pack?

i downloaded it i had xbox live when i did, although i used a different xbox i had my hard drive in but i don't think that is the problem, i cont access xbox live on my xbox because someone put it in the car and it didn't work after that please help... also the microsoft website has nothing on this so ill have to call
