Does CSA Kuwait allow you to bring your family with you?

I have been reading reviews of the company that you can, but I cannot find it on the website. My husband heard about the job from a friend, and he even says that you can bring your family.Has any one been with this CO in Kuwait, and if so did you bring your family?
