It's entirely possible that the two antivirus programs are interfering with each other. For instance, maybe each one is set to scan for any changes to made to files, and each one logs the change in its own file, and that logging is detected by the other program. That's just one example of how this could happen. Try turning off one of the antivirus programs completely and see if you still have problems.
