Can a female Bearded Dragon lay eggs without ever being bred?

I have had my BD for about 3 years now. The other night I went to turn off her light and she had laid 7 eggs. We got her from the pet store when she was a baby and have never had her housed with another BD. I'm really not sure what to do now. Friends have jokingly suggested that it may just be a Christmas Miracle! I highly doubt it, but you just never know.
