Guys- Are bunions on the feet a big turn off?

I'm only 20 and my left foot has a bunion.. is is hereditary :( ... I feel embarred to wear sandals or walk bear foot especially around guys. I would like to someday get it fixed but it is expensive and would require me to take alot of time off from work for recovery.
