I have what I think is the flu...?

Okay, yesterday out of the blue, I randomly started sneezing a lot! Through out the day it got worse. Today I have a sorethroatt, cough, runny nose, stuffed up nose, and a headache. My mom has cancer and is starting chemo Thursday. My question is, "Is swine flu (H1N1) still going around & could this possibly be H1N1". & what are ways to become unsick faster. Thanks :)
