i was thinking if you just chew the good food like skittles/sweets or meat? anything like that for a week or 2 would it make you lose weight or muscle cause im loaded with muscle but i have inner thigh fat and a little pudge/muffin top and its SUMMER i want it GONE i want to look good in a bikini. i weigh 120 and im 5"2" i wanna weight 110 or 105 like all my friends ....But i would eat like veggies and drink green tea. HELP ;)
