PureContent Writing and Editing. Real or Scam?

So I'm thinking of a job as a freelance writer or Editor, With a company PureContent (Formally known as Delegate2) The thing is I'm rather wary from what I have seen. Its home based, but they would be asking for bank details. Its hard to find any background or comments on the company and I just don't want to be a part of some scam, so if you have heard of the company could you please express what you know, good or bad.
