what can a bounty hunter charge if police catch criminal in another county- bounty hunter had 6 hours to "work" on the case, but no paperwork/proof of him doing anything has been given to signer- the fee for B.H. went up from 2000$ to 3000$ while forfeiter/skipper had been incarcerated the entire time.
