How long after getting a nose piercing should it stop bleeding when cleaning the inside?

Like, I clean the inside of my nostril with a q tip dipped in distilled water and salt, and it still comes out a little bloody. I got it pierced 6 days ago, last Thursday. Is this normal? I don't want the skin to have to continuously scab over and over again because it worries me that I will get a keloid or infection. Thanks.
