Im pregnant...please help?

I ask like a million questions on here, this is my first pregnancy, I cant go to the doctor until my insurance is approved... Im about 9 weeks pregnant. I recently asked on here if being really constipated is what could be causing my cramps. My cramps aren't unbearable or severe, and aren't constant. I have like 1-2 a day. Well I was told not to worry unless Im bleeding. Today I woke up with a really think pink line in my panties. Im not sure if it even was blood.. but it wasnt a lot. Imagine a really sharpened pink pencil drew it on. Is spotting still normal? should I be worried..? I changed my panties, should I just wait and see if any more comes up? Thanks....
